WSN49 is a maintenance-free, off-axis bearing-less hollow-shaft incremental magnetic encoder, designed for easy, space-saving installation with strong resistance to pollution and shock, ideal for harsh industrial automation environments. It adopts non-contact magnetic induction principle, boasting high precision with max error ±0.3° and max speed up to 18000rpm. Available with HTL (DC8-30V) or TTL (DC5V±5%) output circuits, its resolution reaches up to 8192PPR per cycle. Equipped with reverse polarity protection, it comes with a magnetic rotor and 1M standard cable (extendable to 100m). With IP67 protection grade and ~250g weight, it operates stably in -40~+100℃ (repeatable winding cable: -10℃) and 35~85%RH non-condensing environment. It supports multiple rotor shaft diameters (9mm,10mm,12mm-30mm optional) and transmission distance up to 200m. Applied in textiles, packaging, motors, elevators, CNC and other automation control fields, it uses twisted-pair cables for anti-interference, with shield wire needing effective grounding.
