Hengxiang provides various shaft type rotary encoders, like 6000rpm allowable solid shaft encoder，flange inremental encoder， which are installed on the motor or driven shaft through flexible couplings. By replacing the coupling, the shaft encoder can be matched with various motors, and even with non-standard or old motors. Couplings can also provide electrical isolation from the motor and absorb shaft movement or compensate for shaft misalignment, making shaft encoders an ideal choice for difficult applications.
There are two installation methods for solid shaft encoders: synchronous flange and clamping flange, and there will be differences in the installation bracket.
1. Directly use the mounting holes on the flange end face of the encoder to fix the encoder and mounting bracket.
2. Using the mounting boss of the clamping flange, the encoder and mounting bracket are fixed using a fixture.
3. Using the clamping groove of the synchronous flange, the encoder and mounting bracket are fixed using an eccentric fixture.
