During this period, Shanghai Hengxiang will repair products that have been proven to be defective at no cost to the customer, provided that the defect or malfunction is not caused by abuse or abuse of the product.

The customer is responsible for transporting defective products to the factory. Any warranty services (including time, travel, and expenses related to such services) shall be borne by the customer.

In addition, if the defect of the device is caused by accidents, abuse, component disassembly, catastrophic fault conditions, severe environmental exposure, misuse, operation exceeding the rated capacity, negligence, pollution, improper calibration, storage or customer handling, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the barcode label or etching has been removed or changed in any way,our warranty is invalid.
