In industrial automation, where space and reliability matter most, HENGXIANG’s WSN22 Bearingless Incremental Blind Encoder is a standout solution. This micro-miniature through-shaft encoder merges compactness with robust performance, ideal for small equipment and space-constrained scenarios.
With a 22mm external diameter and 6mm maximum shaft diameter, the WSN22 fits seamlessly into tight setups like micro motors and compact textile machinery. Its set-screw-secured magnet holder and shaft ensure easy installation and vibration resistance.
Adopting contactless magnetic induction, it avoids mechanical friction, boosting durability and reducing maintenance. IP67 protection shields it from dust and temporary water immersion, suiting harsh industrial environments.
Delivering 16384 PPR maximum resolution, it enables precise position/speed detection. It offers differential output for anti-interference, supports TTL (5V) and HTL (7-30V) interfaces, and features reverse polarity and 30-second short-circuit protection.
